5. How does ProcEzy work for sellers?

Sellers pay a small fee to buy a lead before they can quote or chat with Buyers. This ensures only serious, relevant vendors contact Buyers.

6. What do you mean by IT Channel Partner Ecosystem members?

An IT channel partner ecosystem includes all the businesses that are established with the goal to market, sell, service, and support, IT products, software solutions, and services to customers.

7. Does ProcEzy charge any commission to SELL or BUY on the platform?

NO. ProcEzy does not charge any commission for Selling or Buying on the platform.

8. Should my organization be registered with the GST department to complete registration with ProcEzy?

Yes, ProcEzy requires that its users (organizations) are GST registered.

9. How do i register at ProcEzy ?

You can visit the ProcEzy website procezy.com and select the “Sign Up” option. Here you will find Sign up as “IT Channel Partner” or “Corporate Buyer”. You can choose the type of role and start your registration process.

10. I am a BUYER from Bangalore and none of the suppliers have stock of the product in Bangalore. How can ProcEzy help me?

ProcEzy instantly expands your reach beyond Bangalore. When you post a requirement, verified suppliers from across India can respond—even if they don’t have stock in your city.You’ll receive quotes from outstation vendors who can ship, transfer stock, or arrange quick delivery to Bangalore, ensuring you never get stuck because of local availability issues.

11. Can I negotiate prices on the platform?

Yes. After sellers submit their quotes, you can use ProcEzy’s built-in chat to negotiate prices, request clarifications, or ask for better terms—just like you would offline, but faster and more convenient.

12. How do I pay for my orders on the platform?

Payments are handled directly between you and the seller.
ProcEzy does not take commissions or process order payments. Once you choose a vendor, you can pay them using your usual method — UPI, bank transfer or any agreed-upon terms.

13. How long does the registration process take?

The registration process is simplea and straightforward. It takes approximately 2-3 minutes to enter the required details and submit them.

Once you submit these details, your registration will be reviewed by the ProcEzy admin team. This is to ensure that only legitimate businesses are posting on the platform.
This helps protect the interests of both the Buyers and Sellers.
