Return Policy

ProcEzy acts solely as an intermediary and digital facilitator between buyers and sellers, providing a platform for lead generation and communication. The Company does not buy, sell, store, transport, or handle any goods listed or discussed on the Platform. All commercial transactions, deliveries, returns, and replacements are undertaken directly between the respective seller and buyer.
The return policy is provided directly by the respective sellers. The option of exchange, replacement, and/or refund is offered solely by the respective sellers to the buyers. ProcEzy bears no assurance, liability, or indemnity against any non-fulfilment of these options by any seller.
ProcEzy is not involved in delivery, logistics, transportation, or the handling of goods purchased through the Platform. All fulfilment, shipment, packaging, and delivery obligations rest entirely with the respective seller and buyer. ProcEzy acts only as a digital bridge to facilitate lead generation and communication between parties. The Company shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any damaged, defective, delayed, or undelivered goods, or for any disputes related to shipment, delivery, or condition of the product.
ProcEzy does not display or publish any product-specific warranty, return, or replacement information on its Platform. Product details shown are limited to technical and descriptive information as provided by the seller. All warranty, return, and replacement terms, if any, are determined solely by the seller and must be confirmed directly with them prior to purchase.
ProcEzy shall not assume any liability for any failure on the part of the seller to resolve a return request raised by the buyer. You also agree to be bound by any amendments, updates, or modifications to this policy as may be made from time to time.
Buyers are advised to carefully review the product listing before making a purchase. If a buyer orders the wrong item or receives a defective one, they must coordinate directly with the seller or its representatives in accordance with the seller’s own policy. ProcEzy does not mediate, process, or facilitate any returns, replacements, or refunds.
The buyer must raise the return request within the period applicable to the respective product, as defined by the seller.

Situations That May Lead to a Return Request

The following situations may arise where a buyer can raise a return request directly with the seller:
• The item was defective or damaged.
• The item was damaged during shipping.
• Part of the order or products is missing due to reasons attributable to the seller.
• The wrong item was sent by the seller.
• There was a delay in shipment by the seller.When raising a return request, the buyer must provide appropriate supporting documentation/proof to the seller, including but not limited to:

A. Images of the product showing the issue in the product or shipment delivered. The images must capture:
(a) The shipping label with the Order ID,
(b) Order details,
(c) The packed shipment,
(d) The issue observed by the buyer, and
(e) Damages to the product.

B. A copy of the bill/tax invoice for the product received.Upon receiving a return request, the seller alone is responsible for reviewing, approving, or rejecting the same. Any communication, decision, or resolution related to returns will occur directly between the buyer and the seller. ProcEzy’s Platform may only serve as a communication channel but does not verify, process, or guarantee any such requests.



Replacement
Replacement is the process of a seller providing another product in exchange for a returned or defective one. Such actions are entirely managed by the seller and buyer, without any role or intervention from ProcEzy.

ProcEzy does not participate in or influence any replacement process. The Company does not:
• handle or receive returned items,
• facilitate exchanges, or
• communicate approval, rejection, or tracking of replacements.

All replacements are governed solely by the seller’s individual replacement policy and the commercial terms agreed between the buyer and seller. ProcEzy neither monitors nor guarantees replacement outcomes, product availability, or compliance with seller timelines. Any refund, replacement, or adjustment is at the discretion of the seller and outside the scope of ProcEzy’s control or responsibility.

All obligations relating to return, replacement, delivery, or product quality rest solely with the respective seller. Buyers must exercise due diligence and liaise directly with sellers for resolution.
